Israel Alvarez

Israel Alvarez is the owner/operator of Insight Pest Management, a full-service Pest and Termite Company, located in Southern California.  For the last 18 years he has worked extensively in national level residential and commercial pest control with a focus on quality customer service. He believes that caring enough to educate customers and employees is a huge component of building a successful business.

In 2013, he obtained his Associate Certified Entomologist certification and followed it up in 2014 with his Pest Control Operators License before opening Insight Pest Management in January 2016. Israel serves as Vice Chair of the Pest Control Operators of California-Ventura District, is an active member of the Ventura Masonic Chapter and mentor’s other new pest control business owners. He currently resides in Thousand Oaks, CA with his wife Christina and their two sons Mason (4) and Maverick (2).

Daniele Collinson

Daniele Collinson is the Pest Division Manager for Blades of Green Lawn Care and B.O.G. Pest Control. Daniele is a very passionate leader that wants those on her team to be excited about learning new things and growing themselves in both a technical and interpersonal aspect. Her mission is that whether team members stay at BOG or follow a different path that they can look back knowing that they grew themselves as an individual and a business professional during their time at BOG. Along with her fellow executive managers they want to truly change the way people think about the industry by empowering their most important asset...their people! 

When Daniele is not growing her team, she is at home growing crops. Daniele, alongside her husband, is also a farmer - raising beef cows, pigs, small grains and their two children Owen and Ellie. She enjoys spending her weekends on the farm enjoying the outdoors by four wheeling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family!

Austin Elrod is the Founder and President of Elrod Enterprises, Inc., a full-service pest control company. With an accomplished history of profitably growing his business, he passionately leads his team to believe in the company’s vision. He was featured in the University of Houston’s 4 Under 40 magazine and was the youngest professional featured. He has led Pest Force to be in the Cougar 100, the fastest growing companies owned or led by a University of Houston graduate for 5 years in a row peaking at the number one spot.

A former college quarterback, Austin credits the highs and lows of athletics for preparing and advancing himself in the business world. He actively gives back to the community, church, and schools that have poured into his life. Austin has a degree from the University of Houston as well as a master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University. In his free time, He loves spending time with his wife Morgan on their ranch as well as investing in real estate. His future goals include making the PCT Top 100 list, expanding his business out of his local state Texas, and empowering his employees to be the absolute best they can be both in their business careers and personal lives.

Megan is the Office Manager and Co-Owner of Steve’s Pest Control located in Missouri. She is a 2nd Generation Business Owner with a passion for small business, solving problems, and setting and achieving goals with a proven track record of results. She is actually only 8 months older than her company and grew up around the business. Megan is super close to her family and has two twins.

Brandon Lea

Brandon has worked in several different sectors of the pest control industry for 9+ years. His career in pest management started as a termite renewal service technician and expanded to sales and operations management.

He is passionate about driving sales and growth through sustainable channels and strategic partnerships. Brandon is licensed in multiple states across the Southeast and recently became ACE certified. He is very active in the community Chamber of Commerce and Home Builders Associations.

Ashley Marratt

Mrs. Ashley Marratt began working with dogs in 2000. Since 2004 she has owned and operated a detection canine company for narcotics, contraband and explosives. In 2010 Mrs. Marratt utilized her extensive experience as a canine handler and specialized bed bug training to launch Red Coat Services, a bed bug specialty pest control company serving Georgia and South Carolina.

Mrs. Marratt is a GA and SC Certified Pest Control Operator.  She is an active member of the Georgia Pest Control Association, chair of the PR committee and was selected for the 2013 Leadership Class.

Mrs. Marratt earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and received her MBA in finance from The Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. She is a guest lecturer at the Georgia State School of Hospitality and speaks to a wide variety of audiences on bed bug awareness.

Jordan Murad

Jordan Murad is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cross Pest Control of Tampa. She has been with Cross for over 11 years, running the day to day operations of her family’s 50-year-old corporation.

She is a Certified Operator in the State of Florida in General Household Pest and Rodent Control, Lawn and Ornamental and is an experienced operations manager. She was recently promoted to Vice President and is on track to take over the corporation in the coming years.

Glen Ramsey

Mr. Glen Ramsey, Manager – Technical Services, Rollins Inc. provides a wide variety of technical support and guidance across the company including Operations, Marketing, and Training based out of Rollins Corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. He reviews, revises, or creates pest or customer specific service protocols or guidelines as well as manages the program that reviews, tests, and approves all equipment used by Orkin and Rollins’ 15 other Independent Pest Control Brands. Prior to joining Rollins Technical Services, Glen directed both leadership and technical training operations and oversaw quality control operations, personnel and reporting for Allgood Pest Solutions where he directly provided technical guidance, quality assurance, regulatory and third-party specific training to both residential and commercial account markets.

 

Mr. Ramsey is a subject matter expert on insect and rodent pest control tactics, products, and equipment with 14 years of experience in entomology and structural pest management. He is a board certified urban and industrial entomologist with numerous presentations at scientific and pest management-related events.

Glen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in entomology and a Master’s degree in entomology from the University of Georgia.
