Christopher joined Schopen Pest Solutions as a technician in 2018 and became Schopen’s first Branch Manager in fall of 2020. He loves the daily challenge of pest management, being able to solve complex pest issues, and developing technicians’ skills and knowledge.

Christopher is married to Jessica and lives in McHenry, IL with his children, Jacob (21, student at the University of Illinois), Sarina (18), and Bennet (13). Their two dogs, Shakespeare and Bukowski, enjoy long walks in the many stunning state parks near their home. Christopher has coached baseball for the McHenry Baseball Association and gives his time freely to KIN- Kids In Need, McHenry County, a non-profit targeted to giving support to foster children and their parents as well as other underserved youths. Reading, writing, and watching his children do the things that they love round out his free time.

Future goals include becoming an Associate Certified Entomologist once eligible to test in 2023, continuing to help Schopen grow in a sustainable manner, and being able to say he’s successfully helped raise his three children to be happy, productive people that make any situation better by their presence. 

I have been in the pest industry since 2008, started as a technician with no experience, worked as supervisor, branch manager and regional. I am recently married, love spending time with my wife Natasha and dog daughter, Mika (australian shepherd/husky). In my spare time I enjoy playing the bass guitar.

My history in the pest management industry started January 6^th 2014. I finished college at the University of North Carolina Wilmington the spring of 2013. I was searching for jobs within the field of government which is a long process. During this time I was approached by Brad Leahy, the Vice President of Blades of Green while he was overseeing a termite treatment at my parent’s house. He asked if I wanted to work for them and I accepted. I was a technician for almost 8 years until November 2021 when I was offered to become the Division Manager. I accepted the position and am now currently transitioning to that role.

Hobbies I have are traveling, golf, spending time with my wife Mikki, and our 10 month old son Ari. I am certified in categories 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 8, 3C here in Maryland, D.C, and Virginia.

I started in the pest industry between semesters of college in 2013 after two brothers and my father had worked in the industry on and off since 2003. I started in sales then worked up to management while my brother, Josh, moved to management in a different office.

After a few years we decided to move on and start our own company the end of 2017 up in New Hampshire. The first few years we were out selling and servicing accounts while running the office from a flip phone, iPad, and an old $500 Ford Ranger held together with zip ties and a prayer. Certainly memorable days, but I’m glad to be past them. Currently, I co-own and manage Anchor Pest Services with Josh.  We are growing quickly and look forward to what the future brings! Outside of work I enjoy shooting trap or sporting clays and going to the gym.

Timson Green is the Service Manager for Terminix in Connecticut. The development of our industry’s pest management professionals is among his priorities. Shaping the public's perception of our industry is also dear to Mr. Green's heart, "There is no greater feeling than solving a client’s pest concern, while turning their anxiety into a state of relaxation. These opportunities are often used to speak about the importance our industry is to the health and safety of our communities as well as to the planet." 

A life changing decision occurred in 2009 when Tim acquired a 7A license (Structural & Rodent Control) in the state of New York and later added the categories 7F (Food Processing) as well as 8 (Public Health). This career has offered a wealth of access to some of the world’s most renowned establishments and exposed me to the diversity of our country. Hailing from a placed called Spanish Town on the island of Jamaica and then migrating to New York City; the two cities pale in comparison.  Timson started as a technician, then created a track record of service excellence, moved on to overseeing the entire Rikers Island IPM program, became a master technician, a field manager and now a service manager.  

Mr. Green believes that we will achieve improvements through enforcing pride and professionalism within our industry. "Encouraging participation is one way to increase diversity, individuals need to see themselves being represented so that they can feel a sense of belonging and an urge to participate."

I started in the Pest Control industry in 2016 after experiencing a pest issue in my home. After months of battling and using several different companies, I still had issues. I began to research best practices to rid your home of pests. After a couple of attempts I eventually successfully eliminated them from my home. I began to help other family members, friends, and neighbors. I started out with no experience and no prior knowledge of the industry.  After finding some success I began to market pest services in my area. This sparked new ideas and I opened my own business. This started a new path, and the rest is history. It has been great to see success in many homes and businesses that have struggled with pest issues for years.  I look forward to growing my business and making the PCT top 100 list.  I enjoy spending time with family and I am involved in several sports leagues around the city. 

Luke is the founder and President of Native Pest Management based out of West Palm Beach, FL with four office locations in Florida. Luke is a graduate of the University of Florida and graduated in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. After graduation, Luke became a Certified Public Accountant and worked as an intelligence analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Tallahassee, FL. In the FBI, Luke obtained a Top-Secret SCI clearance and was trained in Quantico, VA. He then focused on counterterrorism and public corruption cases throughout North Florida while supporting a team of 17 special agents.

Being a third-generation entrepreneur, after close to three years in the FBI, Luke decided to work for his family’s landscaping business. While managing high-end residential landscape accounts on Palm Beach Island, Luke also managed the company’s one lawn care route that produced $87,000 in revenue in 2014. He saw the strong demand for pest control in South Florida and decided to purchase that partial lawn route from his family and commit his full efforts into creating a pest company that provided an unmatched customer experience. In 2015, Native Pest Management was created, and now has over 50 full time employees. Native Pest Management was named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America List and won the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics.

Future goals include Native Pest Management becoming a PCT Top 100 company and having over 100,000 recurring clients. In his free time, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife Caitlin and their four children. Luke enjoys traveling, biking, reading, and watching college football, especially the Florida Gators.
