NPMA will maintain, and have in-force, all appropriate Insurance coverage necessary to protect the assets of the organization. These policies shall include but shall not be limited to Commercial Liability and Umbrella, Directors and Officers, Workers Compensation, Business Owners, Commercial Auto, Crime, Event Cancellation and computer data. All shall be reviewed in the budgeting process.
