It shall be the policy of NPMA that unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors, all meetings of the Association shall be open to all classes of the membership.
If the Board of Directors or any individual director would like to close a meeting of the Board, Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern the process.
Notwithstanding the forgoing, the Annual Membership Meeting shall be open to all members at all times.
